Refund Policy

Returns are available in defined circumstances to protect product quality and order integrity.

Damaged or incorrect items

Report a damaged seal, incorrect item or missing documentation within seven days of delivery and VYA Labs will replace the item or refund the order.

Unopened items with intact seals may be considered for return where storage conditions can be evidenced. Opened vials cannot be returned.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are refunded where the fault lies with VYA Labs.

Restricted products are not for human or veterinary use.
