FAQ
- How do I join?
- Sign in with your email — we send a one-time code, no password. Membership starts automatically with your first paid order placed while signed in.
- When are points credited?
- Only once payment for an order is confirmed. Points are calculated on the final amount paid after discounts, excluding delivery. Unpaid or cancelled orders never earn points.
- How do I use my points?
- At checkout, apply points in steps of 100 (AED 5 each), up to 30% of the order subtotal. Points work alongside the sitewide 10% discount (excluding Tabby payments) but not with other codes.
- Do points expire?
- Points expire after 12 months without a paid order. Any paid order keeps them active.
- What if an order is refunded?
- Points earned on a refunded order are deducted, and any points used on it are returned.
- When will my order arrive?
- Dubai and Sharjah — delivered within 2–4 hours after payment confirmation. Cash on Delivery: next-day delivery (COD uses a separate shipping setup). All other emirates, including Abu Dhabi — delivered within 4–6 hours after payment confirmation.
- How do I pay?
- Pay by secure link (Ziina, Apple Pay or Tabby) sent via WhatsApp and email, or Cash on Delivery (next-day).

- COAs are provided on request via WhatsApp for verified customers.
